1. Tam İade Hakkı Bulunan Durumlar

Müşteri aşağıdaki durumlarda ödemenin tamamını geri alma hakkına sahiptir:

• Güzellik uzmanı planlanan saatte gelmedi ve hizmet verilmedi.
• Ödeme yapıldıktan sonra rezervasyon, platform veya güzellik uzmanı tarafından iptal edildi.
• Müşteri, randevuyu planlanan saatten en az 4 saat önce iptal etti.
• Hizmet kalitesi belirgin şekilde kötüydü ve destek ekibi tarafından doğrulandı.

2. Tam İade Hakkı Bulunmayan Durumlar

• Randevu planlanan saatten 4 saatten az bir süre kala iptal edildiyse → ödemenin yarısı iade edilir.
• Müşteri hizmet adresinde bulunmadı veya yanıt vermedi.
• Hizmet tamamen sunuldu ve 24 saat içinde herhangi bir şikâyet iletilmedi.

3. İade Prosedürü

• Para iadesi talepleri, randevu saatinden itibaren 24 saat içinde support@yasmadam.com adresine yapılmalıdır.
• Talepte rezervasyon numarası, müşteri adı ve iade gerekçesi yer almalıdır.
• Destek ekibimiz talebi 3 iş günü içinde inceleyecektir.
• Onaylanması durumunda iade, 7 ila 14 iş günü içinde orijinal ödeme yöntemine yapılacaktır.

4. Kısmi İadeler

YasMadam, hizmetin yalnızca bir kısmı tamamlandığında veya küçük bir sorun yaşandığında kısmi iade yapma hakkını saklı tutar.

5. Politika Güncellemeleri

Şirket, bu politikayı istediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek, yapılan değişikliklerin kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.

2. Use of the Platform

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos, and trademarks on the YasMadam platform are owned or licensed by the company.
• You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

4. User-Generated Content

• Users may submit reviews or comments on services.
• YasMadam reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content.

5. Booking and Payments

• Booking and payment processes are governed by separate agreements between clients and freelancers.
• Users must provide accurate information when booking or paying.

6. Limitation of Liability

• YasMadam does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• YasMadam is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Modifications

YasMadam reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Istanbul.
